Business School In the most recent Research Assessment Exercise (RAE), Accounting and Finance within the Business School has been rated as the best in the UK for the quality of research conducted by its staff. Students are attracted by our reputation for high quality and expertise, particularly in the area of Banking and Financial Services in which Bangor is a leading European centre which houses one of the largest PhD schools of any business school in the UK. Staff research papers and articles are published regularly in leading journals and their books published to a worldwide audience. High student satisfaction reflects the high level of support and Bangor’s smaller class sizes compared to other larger UK Law schools. Bangor has have a dedicated Law library managed by a professional law librarian. All degrees have Qualifying Law Degree (QLD) status denoting that Bangor LLB graduates will have completed the academic stage of training for the legal professions in England and Wales.
