It normally takes 30-40 working days before you have institute offer letter in 
your hand. This process time can be reduced significantly to 5-10 working 
days in case of colleges, and 10-15 working days for university, if you strictly
follow the instructions. 

1st S t e p 
Contacting our office will be the initial point of contact. After going through 
education documents, certificates, our team of professionals will be in position 
to recommend best solution to you, matching up with your needs. It is 
strongly recommended that you bring following at your first initial contact to
avoid further delay.                  
                 
1. Education Credentials from Secondary to Higher Education. (i.e.  
Transcripts, Certificates, Provisional Certificate) 

2. Details of two referees, one of which must be from an academic back-
ground;and 

3. If you are seeking a postgraduate course, a CV containing details  of all 
responsibilities held. 
                 
2nd Step
Students will be asked to complete an Application form. This form will include 
details about your education, work experience (if you applying for post-grad
uation), any English Test results, References. This assists us in forwarding 
students application to different Institutions matching with institution criteria 
and students need.                  
                 
3rd Step
On receipt of Conditional* offer, students need to fullfil the required conditions,
prior institution can release Unconditional offer, that will be used for applying
to UK student visa. 

*Offers can be conditionals on following basis:
1. Requiring to deposit partial tuition fee. This can be from 10% to 50% of the
the total tuition fee depending on the nationality. Please contact your local
office. 

2. Requiring to submit additional documents or portfolio (particularly in case of
designing courses).

3. IELTS or TOEFL score. If your first language is English or you have more
than 60% in English in your A levels, you would be exempted for this require-
ment.
