It generally can take 3-4 weeks before you
may receive any university decision on your application. In addition
to that give further 4-6 weeks for visa process, depending on
the country you are applying from. By following below mentioned
steps, it will assist, but not guarantee, in reducing admission
timeline.
1st Step
Make checklist of documents required. You must go through university
website thoroughly to check which documents required for your
admission. Remember, you need to make your application distinctive
through presentation. Alternatively, you can contact our office
through email, call or in person, where our experience staff will
go through your education documents – transcripts, diplomas,
degrees, certificates and give an idea on your chances to get
admission.
• High school diploma and transcripts.
• Atleast one academic reference and
• Statement of purpose (personal statement) – approx
300 – 400 words.
2nd Step
For UK, for
January admission, all under & postgraduate applications can
be submitted to the university directly. Undergraduate application
does not have to go through UCAS. If you have any problem, feel
free to contact Students Solution – 416 628 3815 or email
us. If you fill our application form, this will assist us in recommending
universities to you as per information provided. Students will
be asked to fill university application forms at later stage.
For Canada, all under & post graduate applications has to be submitted to institutions directly. Almost all Canadian institutions require a non-refundable administrative fee ranging from CAD $50 to CAD $150. Most of the Canadian institutions do not accept scan copies of documents. Therefore, give extra time to collect required documents and send them to the chosen institutions.
3rd Step
On receipt of Conditional* offer, students need to fulfill the required conditions. Once the conditions are met, UK institutions will issue a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) that will be used for applying to student (tier-4) visa.
Once the conditions are met, as mentioned on offer letter, Canadian institutions will send offer letter (hard copies) to students. Students, then, can apply for Canadian study visa.
*Offers can be conditionals on following basis:
• Requiring depositing partial tuition fee. This can be from 10% to 50% of the total tuition fee depending on which university you are applying in.
• Requiring submitting additional documents or portfolio (particularly in case of designing courses).
• IELTS or TOEFL score. If your first language is English
or you have more than 60% in English in your A levels, you may
be exempted for this requirement.
